RINGFENCING THE WORK

Following a full evaluation report, Imperial Penthouse Ltd will work with the landlord to ringfence the development project, the design, footprint, density and full extent of the works to be carried out. As part of this process we produce a full cost plan breakdown summarising all work stages and a programme of the works that will form the basis of a working contract for all parties to agree prior to works.
