Imperial agreed a new airspace development in Ealing – on one of its premier roads.

Imperial Penthouse are pleased to announce the successful application for four new Duplex penthouse on the roof space at ‘Lords View One’, overlooking the famous Lords Cricket Ground.

Hamilton Court and Frognal Heights are now under construction and progressing well.

The Frognal development has started construction of eight new apartments on the air space of the existing four storey building. We have overcome many hurdles to get to this stage of the construction, as the building we are developing on-top of, is only metres from the crown of two network rail underground and overground tunnels that will remain active for the duration project.

Hamilton Court airspace development purchased. The first and longest job is to measure and replace 380 steel windows in the art deco building – with everyone still living in all the flats. In addition we are refurbishing all the corridors, stairs and lift lobbies in the building and replacing the lift! During the refurbishment we are looking to build four hugely desirable apartments on the roof space.
