Hamilton Court

Hamilton Court is a prestigious Art Deco development in the heart of Maida Vale. The 5th floor roof level extension created four new residential penthouse units (2 x 3 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom units) and a roof terrace with associated external alterations and balustrades. The common parts have undergone extensive refurbishment, modernising the property whilst respecting its Art Deco roots. Works included amendments to the ground floor landscaping, creation of four additional car parking spaces within a re-arranged ground floor parking layout and the replacement of existing single glazed Crittall windows with double glazed metal framed windows to all flats in the building.
